RealHumans is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We accept donations from individuals and aligned foundations. We refuse anything that compromises the mission.
How donations are used
Donations go directly to:
- Server infrastructure (so verification is fast and reliable)
- Twilio costs for one-time codes and phone verification
- Daily.co costs for Guardian video calls
- Email delivery for verification notifications
- Stipends for our Guardians, who give their time to verify strangers
We don't pay salaries to founders or board members. RealHumans is built and operated by volunteers.
